At Fig Leaf Holistic, our Gentle Yoga class blends evidence-based movement science with mindful breathwork and restorative yoga techniques to reduce stress, ease tension, and support overall mental and physical wellness. This is not a power class. It is a nervous system reset.
Through slow, intentional movement, guided breathing, and supported stretches, you’ll improve mobility, circulation, and mind-body awareness while activating the parasympathetic “rest and restore” response. This class is ideal for beginners, those recovering from injury, individuals managing chronic stress, fatigue, autoimmune conditions, or anyone seeking a softer, healing approach to yoga.
