Classic Fitness - Silver Sneakers

Welcome to Silver Sneaker's Live with Izzy.  This class will be hosted virtually & Live on Fig Leaf Yoga & Fitness Facebook page on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 10:00am.

For this class you can utilize a chair, band, light weights & a ball.  Of course if you do not have any of these object you can still engage the muscles or substitute other items (we will talk about in class).   In order to receive your silver sneaker's points you will need to click on the sign-in form and sign in at the end of each class. You will have by the end of the day to sign-in.   Please include your First and Last name as written on your silver sneaker card and your silver sneaker number. *The sign-in form will be removed by the end of the day.
