100 Days of Meditation

This is a 100-day journey using meditation as a tool for intentional manifesting—helping you clarify your vision, train your mind, and align your actions with what you’re creating.

 

You’ll work with 15 guided meditations, practiced repeatedly, so clarity and momentum can actually take root.

Why 100 Days?

Because real change doesn’t come from one breakthrough moment.

It comes from consistent, small recalibrations that compound.

 

In 100 days, you can:

• Cut through distraction and overwhelm

How This Works

Instead of a new meditation every day, you’ll practice the same meditation for 5–7 days.
